A one-day seminar on Human Trafficking was organized at Gautam Buddha Mahila College under the joint auspices of the NSS Unit and DASHARA. The seminar was conducted under the chairmanship of Principal Dr. Seema Patel and coordinated by Dr. Kumari Rashmi Priydarshini, NSS Program Officer. The session aimed to raise awareness among students about the dangers, causes, and consequences of human trafficking. Speakers discussed how traffickers exploit poverty, false promises of jobs or marriage, and social vulnerability to trap victims. Students were encouraged to stay alert and avoid falling into such traps. The seminar also highlighted the efforts of organizations working to rescue victims and spread awareness about human rights violations related to trafficking.
