Gautam Buddha Mahila College, Gaya invites sealed quotations from eligible book vendors, publishers, distributors, and authorized suppliers for the procurement of undergraduate textbooks and reference books as per the NEP 2020 curriculum framework. The procurement includes books for Arts, Science, Commerce, and other disciplines under CBCS guidelines.

Interested vendors are required to submit Technical and Financial Bids along with relevant documents. Quotations must reach the college by 5:00 PM on 12 May 2026. Email submissions with scanned copies are also accepted.
